Overview£º
SNCR technology is applied in cement process to reduce NOx emissions. The NOx is reduced by injecting ammonia based solution into a very specific temperature zone (between 850℃ to 1,100℃) of kiln preheater.
The?existing?ammonia atomizers distribute ammonia to several atomizing guns by one main pipe that will make resistance, ammonia flow and pressure difference in each atomizing guns, so the atomization will not be so effective.
